Product Description
Cat plague virus antigen test card Cat 5 health self-check card
Positive (+) : The presence of Burgundy bands on both control line C and test line T indicates that the sample is positive for feline leukemia virus antigen. Negative (-) : No color on the T-line means that the sample does not contain feline leukemia antigen. Invalid: No quality control C line or whiteboard appears, indicating that the operation process is incorrect or the detection card is invalid. Please check again.
Detection Principle This product uses rapid immunochromatography technology for the detection of FELV antigen. After the diluted sample is added to the sample hole of the test card, if the FELV antigen is present in the sample, the antigen will bind specifically to the colloidal gold labeled monoclonal antibody, forming a complex that moves along the chromatographic membrane and is captured by the FELV antibody pre-coated on the chromatographic membrane, forming a Burgundy detection line at the T position of the shell. If there is no FELV antigen in the sample, no visible lines will form at the T position. In addition, a C-line is designed in the system to verify the validity of the experiment. Regardless of negative or positive results, the line should be colored, otherwise judged invalid results.
